Vision
We envision a world where all service-oriented organizations and agencies have the resources and support they need to strengthen the health, economic, and social well-being of communities in need.

About Tépalo
Founded in 2022 by Bryan Parrish, Tépalo Migrant and Community Health Support brings over 15 years of development, project management, and education experience to organizations that need extra help. Tépalo connects, listens, provides a range of services to give your projects the boost they need.
About Bryan
Bryan has studied and worked in development and implementation services for over 15 years. He holds a BS in Psychology from Penn State University (We Are!....), and an MA in Development from American University (Go Eagles!). He is a certified Spanish/English translator/interpreter who splits time providing support to his valued clients and serving as a United Nations Online Volunteer. When not working, you can find him outdoors, spending time with family, and looking for the next trail to hike.

Why Tépalo?
After working with government agencies, health centers, outreach programs, universities, and nonprofit associations, we have learned one important fact:

Service-driven organizations need help!

When our communities are experiencing great need, charitable services are frequently their only life line. However, that life line is often stressed by staff capacity, grant cycles, reports, and the daily calls of our direct clients.
Development can be difficult!

Tépalo was built to provide another option. Whether you are developing a program from the beginning, holding up a project during a time of transition, or giving your projects a creative jolt, Tépalo works to find sustainable solutions.
